Cocktail Orders & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all completed or fulfilled cocktail/product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our products.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their drink selection, size, quantity, pickup or delivery information, and other order details before submitting payment.

If there is a problem with an order, please contact Pour Perfection Cocktails as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined when applicable.
