TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Pour Perfection Cocktails. By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a booking inquiry, making a payment, or purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Pour Perfection Cocktails provides mobile bartending services, private-event bartending, custom cocktail menus, liquor packages where available, signature and classic cocktails, bottled/to-go cocktails where legally permitted, and related event services.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date. Your event date is not secured until all required booking steps have been completed, including the signed service agreement and required payment or deposit.
2. Age Requirement & Alcohol Service
Alcoholic beverages are strictly for individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Pour Perfection Cocktails reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner, cannot provide acceptable proof of age, or when continued service would violate applicable law or venue requirements.
Guests and clients are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and arranging safe transportation when necessary.
3. Event Bookings & Payments
All event bookings are subject to availability. Pricing is based on the selected package, guest count, event duration, location, services requested, and any approved add-ons.
The payment schedule and other event-specific requirements will be stated in the client's service agreement or invoice.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of services.
Additional time, services, products, travel, staffing, or other requests may result in additional charges.
4. Client Cancellations
For mobile bartending and private-event services:
If the client cancels the event with two (2) weeks or more notice, a full refund will be issued.
If the client cancels with one (1) week or less notice, a 75% refund will be issued.
Any cancellation or refund will also be subject to the specific terms contained in the client's signed service agreement. If event-specific terms differ from these general website terms, the signed agreement will govern that booking.
5. Cocktail Orders & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all completed or fulfilled cocktail/product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their drink selection, size, quantity, pickup or delivery information, and other order details before submitting payment.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact Pour Perfection Cocktails as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined when applicable.
6. Event Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to change an event date, time, location, guest count, package, or services must be submitted as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. A requested change is not confirmed until approved by Pour Perfection Cocktails in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that the venue permits the contracted bartending and alcohol services.
When booking a Bartender Only service, the client is responsible for providing the agreed-upon liquor, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, and other supplies unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
The client is also responsible for obtaining any venue permissions or event-specific approvals assigned to the client under the service agreement or applicable requirements.
8. Venue Access & Working Conditions
The client must provide reasonable and timely access to the event location for setup and breakdown.
Pour Perfection Cocktails reserves the right to discontinue or modify service if conditions become unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise prevent our team from providing services responsibly.
9. Packages & Availability
Package descriptions, included products, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Any package purchased for a confirmed event will be governed by the pricing and inclusions stated in the client's accepted proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
Custom packages may be available upon request and will be priced according to the client's event needs.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, and other information accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify offerings, or discontinue products or services when appropriate.
11. Intellectual Property
The Pour Perfection Cocktails name, branding, logos, original graphics, cocktail menu designs, photographs, written content, and other original materials displayed on our website or social media may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
12. Photography & Social Media
Pour Perfection Cocktails may photograph or record its bar setup, cocktails, and work at events for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes where permitted. Any use of identifiable guest or client imagery will be handled in accordance with applicable permissions and agreements.
Clients who have specific photography or privacy requirements should notify us before the event.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pour Perfection Cocktails will not be responsible for losses or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, guest misconduct, unsafe conditions, transportation interruptions, severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
14. Third-Party Venues & Vendors
Pour Perfection Cocktails is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, cancellations, or performance of independent venues, event planners, caterers, vendors, transportation providers, or other third parties.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Service constitute the general terms governing use of our website and services. Private-event clients may also be required to sign a separate service agreement containing event-specific terms.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding a specific booking, the signed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
Pour Perfection Cocktails reserves the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will become effective when posted to our website unless otherwise stated.
